Police confirm 16-year-old boy stabbed at Canons Park

After the reports of the assault at Canons Park last night, the police have now confirmed that a 16-year-old boy was stabbed.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said police were called at about 7.45pm tonight to reports of a male stabbed close to Canons Park Underground Station.

He continued: “Officers attended and found a 16-year-old boy injured on Whitchurch Lane.”

“His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening – there have been no arrests and enquiries continue.“

One person commented via Harrow Online Group: “Other people have witnessed and said 5 youths may have been invloved and ran off In the direction of the shops the victim was stabbed in the leg involved was stabbed in the leg”

Another person said: “I saw it happening on my way home from work two boys fighting against one at the bus stop suddenly everyone started shouting the boy had been stabbed. Just horrible 😞 hope he’s ok.”
