Teenagers involved in attempted robbery of a man on the H12 bus

A group of six teenagers have attempted to rob a 22-year-old man on the H12 bus in Harrow Weald police have revealed.

The youths were all aged approximately 15 years old and the victim was a 22-year-old man. The incident happened on Long Elmes in Harrow Weald at 2:14pm this afternoon (12 September).

Harrow Police tweeted: “Harrow Safer Transport Team update… there was an attempted robbery yesterday at 2.14pm on the top deck of the H12 to Harrow. 6 school children about 15 yrs involved towards a 22 yr old man. It didn’t take us long to work out the offenders from the descriptions given”

They continued: “16 cameras on every bus. We prosecute most offenders who commit crime on the buses. Plus the Oyster cards used to tap into the fare machine. There is no hiding places for these people who commit crime on buses.”

“This offence happened at Long Elmes, Harrow.”
