The victim of the incident told Harrow Online: “This has happened to me before on 3rd Jan 2020 and it happened to my neighbour on the same date. It makes me feel angry and vulnerable because I am living with my mum and partner and don’t feel as secure in the neighbourhood when leaving the house.

“The incident on the 3rd Jan I reported to the police. The guy was trying other people’s car doors on Stanhope avenue aswell that date, after speaking with other neighbours.”
