Lisa Egan, PE teacher at Sacred Heart college, has been fundraising for St Luke’s Hospice.
Ten years after taking on a skydive in memory of her dad Tom and friend’s mum Bernie, both of whom were cared for by St Luke’s Hospice, Lisa has taken the leap again and done another sky dive.
Lisa raised an amazing £2332 by this amazing feat, but she’s not done yet! Lisa is co-hosting an Online Bingo Night for St Luke’s Hospice on 8th October to mark Hospice Care Week, which takes place from 5th to 11th October 2020.
The Online Bingo Night is set to be a fun night, filled with laughs, light-hearted competition and some great prizes.
And what’s more is due to the incredible generosity of the Dewan Foundation, all ticket sales donations and Gift Aid will be DOUBLED to help continue supporting people across Harrow and Brent at the end of their life. More information on the Online Bingo Night can be found here: https://www.stlukes-hospice.org/events/online-bingo-night
St Luke’s Hospice provides end-of-life care to people across the boroughs of Harrow and Brent, completely free of charge. They provide care in their inpatient unit, their outpatient Well-being Service, and in patient homes. They receive only 40% of their funding from government sources so rely on the generosity of the public and amazing volunteers like Lisa to continue their work in the local community.
