Whether its shopping for gifts or Christmas dinner, shoppers are being asked to get behind the borough’s small businesses this festive season and shop local first. Deputy Leader of Harrow Council, Cllr Keith Ferry, said:
“We all know small businesses have been hit hard by the pandemic and now more than ever need our support. They are the lifeblood of our communities and are vital for the growth of our local economy.
