Police in Pinner have revealed that two burglaries happened within the area just days apart over the weekend.
On Sunday, approximately £40,000 worth of tools were stolen after burglars gained entry to a premises after jumping over a garden fence.
Pinner South SNT tweeted: “On Sunday, a burglary occurred in #RaynersLane, #Pinner.
“Approximately £40k worth of tools were stolen after burglars jumped over a rear garden fence.
“If your home is next to an alleyway or open space, protect your garden with high fences.”

Pinner SNT tweeted: “Cash and jewellery were stolen from a property in Buckland Rise on Friday evening.
“On Friday evening a burglary occurred in Buckland Rise, #Pinner.
“Entry was gained via an open first floor window. Jewellery and cash was stolen.
“Please close and lock windows whenever leaving a room. #Be safe”.
In addition, four burglaries occurred in East Towers, West Towers and Cannonbury Avenue on Monday 18 Jan. Police said that all entry to the homes were gained via a flat roof and a first floor window.
Police advised residents: “Please lock upstairs windows and consider perimeter edging for roofs.”
