A man was rushed to hospital as a priority last night after falling in Harrow Town Centre it has emerged.
Initially, the incident was believed to be an assault just opposite Gold’s Gym in the town centre, however this proved to be incorrect.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.33pm yesterday (8 March) to reports of a person injured on Station Road, Harrow.
“We sent an ambulance crew and a medic in a car.
“A man was treated at the scene for a head injury and taken to hospital as a priority”.

Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called to Station Road, Harrow at 23:48hrs on Monday, 8 March following reports that a man had been injured, possibly as the result of an assault.
“Officers attended with London Ambulance Service and the man, aged 34, was taken to a north London hospital with a serious head injury.
“Further investigation established that no assault had occurred.
“The man has since discharged himself from hospital.”
