A man aged in his 30s was assaulted in Harrow Weald in the early hours of this morning (12 June).
A member of the Harrow Online Group said that Long Elmes was cordoned off by police until around 3:30am. This was after a fight had broken out in the streets of Harrow Weald.
A man was taken to hospital with a head injury following the incident.
A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online: ”Police were called at approximately 01:15hrs on Saturday, 12 June to reports of man assaulted in the vicinity of Long Elmes and High Road, Harrow.
“The victim, a man aged in his 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment to a head injury; his condition is not life threatening.
“Enquiries into the circumstances remain ongoing.
“No arrests.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called today (12 June) at 1.09am to reports of an incident in Harrow High Road.
“We sent an ambulance to the scene and treated a man before taking him to hospital.”
