British Transport Police are currently investigating a hate crime on a train at Ealing Broadway station.

Police have now released an image of a person that may have information about the incident.

British Transport Police said: “At just before 5.30pm on Thursday 6 June, the victim was seated on-board a service when a girl boarded the train.

“The girl was playing with her friend, pushing one another other closer and closer to the victim who responded by saying, “do you mind”.

“An argument between the victim and the girl ensued before the girl racially abused the victim.
