A 12-year-old boy is fighting for his after being hit by a car in Watford yesterday (Friday, October 1).
The incident happened at around 2:55pm, the boy was airlifted to hospital with a head injury following the collision.
PC James Horn from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit said: “A young boy received serious head injuries and is in hospital in a critical condition.
“We are supporting his parents whilst we investigate the circumstances of what happened yesterday afternoon. If you have any dash cam footage, please do get in touch.
“We are also keen to trace the driver of a dark coloured Range Rover style 4×4 or SUV and a small white van which was behind a blue Nissan as they may have witnessed the collision.”
