A customer of Sainsbury’s in Pinner has had their handbag and bank card stolen on Saturday (7 November) it has been reported.
The thieves went on to spend over £1,000 by using the card, police posted on Twitter.
The incident happened after a Sainsbury’s customer had both their handbag and bank card stolen from their car. This took place at the store located next to Pinner Station.
Pinner SNT Tweeted: “On Saturday, a customer of Sainsbury’s, #Pinner had their handbag stolen from their car.
“Over £1000 was spent on a bank card.
“Always cover your PIN whenever and wherever you input it, and be aware of who is around you.”
