Police have made an appeal to help find a 92-year-old woman who was last seen heading towards Ruislip.
Hana, 92 was last seen at 4:15pm on 09/11 heading towards Ruislip Woods.
She was last seen wearing a beige short jacket and dark trousers. She may be aided with two walking poles.
