Person assaulted by ‘man with a knife’ at Harrow and Wealdstone station

British Transport Police are appealing for witnesses in connection with an incident whereby a man with a knife assaulted someone at Harrow & Wealdstone Underground Station.

Yesterday morning (Sunday 14 November 2021) officers were called to an incident at Harrow & Wealdstone Station where they arrested a 31 year old man in possession of a knife, who is currently in custody.

They are not looking to identify anyone else in connection with this offence but are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious or unusual in the area before or after 10am this morning.

Detective Inspector Tim Weekes said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to come forward who may hold vital information to our investigation.

“In particular, we believe that a member of public was assaulted. I would like to appeal directly to this person to come forward and help us with our enquiries.
