Police have discovered a stash of drugs and weapons during a sweep of Byron Park and the Belmont Trail.
An 18-inch machete was found by police as they conducted a search of the area in Wealdstone. A stash of drugs along with another blade were also discovered during the sweep.
Wealdstone Police tweeted: “Wealdstone & Marlborough Safer Neighbourhood Officers carried out #OpSceptre Reassurance & Enforcement Patrols in Byron Park/Belmont Trail. The officers also carried out a weapon sweep, Finding a 18inch machete, stash of drugs, 6inch knife.”
