Police in Harrow have tweeted about two separate car accidents on Northwick Park Roundabout, both of which happened in the same night.
In the early hours of yesterday morning (7 December, Harrow police posted about the incidents via their twitter page.
Both of the drivers of the vehicles had alcohol in their system, one was over double the drink drive limit.
MPS Harrow tweeted about the first incident: The driver of this vehicle somehow failed to grasp what the ‘round’ in roundabout actually means. Being over double the legal drink drive limit may have had something to do with it. #Arrested #DontDrinkAndDrive
And then MPS Harrow tweeted about a separate crash on the same roundabout: “Not quite sure what it was about Northwick Park roundabout tonight, but for some reason people couldn’t stop driving into it! The driver of this second wrecked vehicle had alcohol in his system, but not enough to be over the drink drive limit. #WarningIssued
