Four fire engines rush to car on fire in Harrow

Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire in a car park on Cottage Close in Harrow in the early hours of this morning.

A vehicle in a ground floor car park below a block of flats was destroyed by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.

The Brigade was called at 12:36am and the fire was under control by 01:10am. Fire crews from Northolt, Wembley and Harrow fire stations attended the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
