Three people, including two children, were injured by a vehicle in Field Road, Ruislip on Monday 13 December.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested and taken into custody, footage of the incident is too graphic to share online.
The woman and one of the children were taken to hospital following the collision.
Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called to Field End Road shortly before 08.30hrs on Monday, 13 December to reports of a car involved in a collision with three pedestrians.
“Officers attended. A woman in her 30s and two boys were found injured. The woman and one of the boys were taken to hospital. Their injuries have been assessed as non life-threatening.
“The driver of the car was arrested at the scene on suspicion of dangerous driving. He was taken into custody.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8:28am on 13 December to reports of a road traffic collision involving pedestrians on Field End Road, Ruislip.
“We sent two ambulance crews, a medic in a car, and an incident response officer to the scene. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a woman and two children at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre.”
