Police cordoned off Belmont Circle at around 12:30am this morning following an incident within the area.
Footage and images sent into Harrow Online show emergency services at the scene in the early hours. Blood is visible on the pavement outside several shops.
The cordon on the road has since been lifted but there are a parade of shops still taped off as forensics inspect the area.
