Met Police have confirmed that they are investigating an incident in which a teenage boy reported that he was grabbed and pulled towards a vehicle in Harrow.
The alleged incident happened on Thursday, 13 Jan on Lowlands Rd near Harrow on the Hill station.
It has been reported that pupils from nearby schools have been advised to be ‘vigilant’.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police are investigating an incident at around 1540hrs on Thursday, 13 January in Lowlands Road, Harrow, after a 17-year-old male reported an adult male attempted to grab him and pull him towards a stationary car.
“The male resisted and the car drove off without him.
“Officers from the Met’s NW BCU are making enquiries to establish the circumstances and identify the person responsible.”
