A person has been injured intervening in a catalytic converter theft in Harrow, police have said.
The incident occurred on Roxborough Road, near Harrow Town Centre, on Wednesday 9th Feb at approximately 10pm.
Police stated that there was a theft of catalytic converter on the road, a neighbour intervened and was injured in the process.
Police have strongly urged residents “not to intervene in such matters” and to “avoid putting yourselves in harm’s way”, “Please call 999 immediately!” They added.
Police also warned owners of the following vehicles to stay alert as they could be an easy target.
Toyota (Prius and Auris)
Honda (Jazz and Civic)
Lexus RX
BMW Series 3
