A shopping centre in London had to be evacuated following a bomb threat this morning.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 10:37hrs on Tuesday, 15 March, to reports of a bomb threat at a shopping centre on Albion Road, Bexley.

“The area has been evacuated as a precaution.

“Officers are currently in attendance and the incident is ongoing.

“This incident is not being treated as terror related.”
