A person has been arrested in Harrow this afternoon after a vehicle collided with HSBC bank in the town centre.
After the collision, the vehicle reportedly drove away from the scene before the driver was subsequently arrested.
Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called at 14:32hrs on Tuesday, 29 March to reports of a vehicle colliding with a building in St Anns Road, Harrow.
“The vehicle apparently then drove away.
“The vehicle was stopped near Harrow Bus Station.
“The driver was arrested for dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking and possession of an offensive weapon.
“No reports of any injuries.”
