Rail and tube strike set to disrupt travel in Harrow this week

TfL have advised people not to travel on Tuesday as the tube strike is set to affect thousands of commuters in Harrow and will close the underground.

The strike this week will take place on Tuesday (21 June), Thursday (23 June) and Saturday (25 June) and will see differing impact on rail lines, with passengers facing major disruption throughout the week, likely on non-strike days also.

TfL have advised people that, if you have to travel, you should finish your journey by 6pm.

Services will be severely disrupted or will not be running at all, these include The Tube, London Overground, The Elizabeth line, London Trams, National rail and buses.

On Wednesday (22 June) there will be no services before 8am, commuters are advised to avoid travelling before mid-morning, as disruption is likely to continue throughout the day.

There will be major disruption on the Bakerloo line between Queens Park to Harrow and Wealdstone.
