Despite rumours posted by members of the Harrow Online Group, we can officially confirm that wilko in Harrow Town Centre will not be closing down.
When posting a residents question regarding the shops that members of Harrow Online would like to see added to Harrow Town Centre, there were a few comments relating to the potential closure of wilko in St George’s Shopping Centre. Thankfully, we have been informed that the rumours are not true and the store will not be closing.
A spokesperson from wilko said; “There’s no upcoming lease expiry on this store. We’re committed to continuing to serve hard-working families from our store in St George’s Shopping Centre and we’d like to reassure all our loyal customers that we have no current plans to leave Harrow.”
