A brand new restaurant is set to open at the premises formerly occupied by O’Neills in Station Road, Harrow.
‘Melissa’ Restaurant will be serving Turkish food to Harrow residents as it joins its existing location in Canon’s Park, Edgware, to hopefully become one of the premier eateries in the town centre.
The team behind Melissa have been in the business for over thirty years and use certified, and daily fresh produce in all of their recipes using traditional Turkish methods. Homemade food served in an authentic environment will be welcome to many of our readers who had expressed concern over what would become of the building since O’Neills closed down recently.
The current Edgware branch has recently been awarded one of the prestigious ‘Awards of Excellence’ and owners want to continue the trend when the new Harrow Town Centre restaurant launches later this year.
Imagery showing how the completed restaurant will look reveal a glorious décor, and the place will be more than worth a visit if you are a fan of Turkish food.
Speaking with Harrow Online, owner Cetin Kaygusuz, said: “We are going to serve different Turkish soup daily, stew, proper food such as Turkish Lamb Shawurma Doner, not minced doner, vegetarian dishes, fish and lots of other dishes. It’s going to be very different from other Turkish restaurants.”
Melissa restaurant will open in Harrow Town Centre within the next few months, we look forward to sharing more information with you when it becomes available.
