In recent weeks, Harrow has widely been recognised for holding a variation of events ranging from comedy shows, yoga classes to joyful rides and fundraising.
Furthermore, these events have become a vital method to release stress as well as unite Harrow residents for meaningful gatherings. Harrow has presented many successful events and fortunately, there are many more to come this summer!
Thus saying, your summer will be filled with exciting moments such as a ‘Peace Concert and Yoga Jam’ taking place in Harrow on Sunday 24th July from 2pm to 6pm.
‘Come join us in the delightfully scenic surroundings of a private open green space, for a chilled-out, uplifting afternoon of freestyle high vibe world music, mantra jams, meditation, yoga, laughter yoga, freestyle dance, motivational talks, poetry and inspired mingling, for a magical, marvellously refreshing Summer afternoon in the great outdoors!’ – What more do you need to make a Sunday more special and memorable?
These 4 hours are going to be filled with music, different types of Yoga and meditation, dancing, poetry and conversations. You are allowed to take your own cosy blankets/mats/cushions as well as ‘simple’ snacks/drinks. As we are all hoping for the sun to bless us with its rays throughout the entire summer period – this event has made sure that a nearby hall is booked just in case the weather isn’t pleasant. Choose your clothing to be as comfortable as possible because the aim is to harness tranquillity.
This event is located at Harrow Carers Ground, 74 Pinner View, HA1 4QF and entries are free. However, upon personal preference, you are allowed to make a donation to cover performances/refreshments and for the local charity. All adults are welcome and children over the age of 10.
