A man from Harrow has pleaded guilty to spitting towards MP Jamie Wallis outside Paddington railway station.
The prosecution said that the MP was outside the station when he was approached by Kenny Defelice, 44, from Harrow, who was asking for a cigarette before spitting towards him.
The incident happened at the station back in September last year. Defelice entered a guilty plea at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (27 July) and also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest.
