Two members of the Borough of Harrow Swimming Club have competed at the British Summer National Championships this week.
Oliver Macgonigal and Owen Roberts, both from the club based in Harrow, qualified and competed at the championship which is one of the biggest events of the season.
At the event, 25 swimmers in each age group from across Great Britain, are invited to compete at Ponds Forge Olympic pool in Sheffield.
Owen competed in the 14-year-old category, first swimming the 100m freestyle on Monday, reaching the final and finishing 9th in Britain with a time of 55.94. In his second swim, he raced the 50m freestyle on Wednesday finishing ranked 12th in Great Britain with a time of 25.86.
The Final swim was the 200m freestyle on Thursday where he finished ranked 19th in Great Britain with a time of 2.05.99.
Oliver Macgonigal competed in the 16-year-old category which is an incredibly competitive age group, and currently the hardest age group to compete in. Oliver raced in the 200m Freestyle and finished rank 12 in Great Britain with a time of 1.59.40.
