Police have discovered fourteen used gas canisters in Pinner Memorial Park this week.
Gas from the canisters often inhaled using ‘balloons’, can prove fatal. Police have issued a reminder via twitter.
Pinner South SNT (Safer Neighbourhood Team) tweeted: “Fourteen of these canisters were found discarded in #Pinner Memorial Park. Gas inside them is released into balloons and inhaled. Instead of feeling euphoria, some inhalers die! We want a #SaferSummer for everyone, so if you know who is using or selling this gas, contact us.”
