A special event to showcase the work of some of the biggest uncovered talent in Harrow is being held on 29th October in Wealdstone.
Dubbed ‘Wealdstone’s Got Talent’, the event is to be held at Wealdstone Square between 1-5pm and will feature singers, dancers, magicians, poets and more of the best, hidden talent in Harrow.
Wealdstone Squares annual programme is being funded by the Greater London Authority following an application from Harrow Council on behalf of the Wealdstone Traders Association.
The Harrow Arts Centre were brought in to deliver the programme and one quote from a local resident that has attended the previous events said: “We need more events like this in Wealdstone Square because it brings everyone together and gives children a chance to experience something very different!”
The event will be held to “raise the community spirit, engage local groups to assist in delivering events and bring local residents together”, say organisers.
