180 people were evacuated from a hotel in Cricklewood in the early hours of this morning after a fire broke out in the laundry room.
In a statement, London Fire Brigade said: “Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a hotel on Cricklewood Broadway in Cricklewood.
“A small part of a sub-basement room laundry room was damaged by fire.

“Around 180 people evacuated from the hotel before the Brigade arrived. No injuries are reported.
“The Brigade was called at 0005 and the incident was over by 0117. Fire crews from West Hampstead, Willesden and Hendon fire stations were in attendance.
“The cause of the fire is under investigation.”
