Police release details of alleged sexual assault on Wembley bus

Met Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to following a report of sexual assault in Wembley.

Posting via their website, the Met said: “On Tuesday, 23 August at about 20:15hrs a woman, aged in her late teens, boarded a route 18 bus towards Euston and sat on the upper deck of the bus.

“Several minutes into the journey a man boarded the bus in Wembley and sat next to the victim, even though there were several free seats.

“He then proceeded to touch the victim’s chest with his elbow and stroke her leg with his hand.

“The woman told him to stop several times but he did not.

“He eventually stopped when the woman raised her voice and other passengers started to pay attention.
