A popular pub in Pinner set is to undergo a major refurbishment and reopen in December as a Flaming Grill.
The Pinner Arms has closed for a huge upgrade and is set to open its doors again next month in time for the busy Christmas season.
The venue will be introduced for the first time as a Flaming Grill, however, Harrow Online understands that it will be renamed The Whittington, which was the site’s original name – a move that is sure to be popular with locals, who often still refer to it as ‘The Whitt’.
The Flaming Grill brand is owned by Greene King, one of the country’s leading pub retailers and brewers, who run over 3,100 pubs, restaurants and hotels across England, Wales and Scotland.
Taken from their official site, the brand says the following about their dining experience: “Flaming Grill has always been about friends and family enjoying great food, drinks and sports in an amazing setting. We believe we can only achieve this with a brilliant cast of talented people working with us. At Flaming Grill we like to have a bit of fun and are always looking for innovative ways of serving our food from our Hanging Meat Kebabs which add a touch of theatre to the dining experience to our famous food challenges.”
As part of the investment, the Whittington team has tripled, with a number of new staff members joining the site ahead of the opening.
The Whittington team are currently looking to hire new kitchen staff for. Anyone wishing to apply can do so via Indeed or by contacting the pub directly at M7900@greeneking.co.uk.
