Male injured after motorcycle collision in Wealdstone

A male motorcyclist has been injured this evening following a collision with a car in Wealdstone.

The collision happened on Locket Road, which was closed in both directions affecting the 186 bus route through Harrow. The road has now reopened.

A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online: “At about 18:07hrs on Wednesday, 5 January, officers on patrol came across a collision involving a car and a motorbike in Locket Road, Wealdstone.

“Emergency services in attendance. We await an update on the condition of the male rider.

”Road closures currently in place.”

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called yesterday (05 January) at 6:06pm to reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a motorbike at the junction between Locket Road and Aberdeed Road, in Wealdstone, Harrow.

“We sent two ambulance crews to the scene.

“We treated a man at the scene before he was discharged.”
