A new TK Maxx megastore store is to open at Atria Watford Shopping Centre in Watford.
The new store will take over the former Next unit and will span three floors. The empty space is a whopping 30,557 sq ft in total.
The discount retailer is rumoured to have signed a ten-year lease and is slated to open the megastore in Watford in the summer.
