Harrow Borough FC is on the hunt for a new 1st Team Manager following the announcement that Steve Baker will not be extending his tenure beyond the end of May.
At a recent meeting with representatives of the board at the football club, Baker advised that he would be stepping down from his position, which he has held for a number of years.
Despite his impending departure, the club is grateful for his efforts, hard work, and selfless dedication during his tenure, which will make him the longest-serving 1st team manager in the club’s history. The club and Mr Baker have agreed that he will continue in the role until the end of the current season, and he is committed to doing everything he can to help the club stave off the threat of relegation from the Southern League Premier Division South.
The search for a new manager is already underway, with the club inviting applications from interested parties. Applicants are invited to submit their CVs either by post or email to the club, attention of The Chairman. It is hoped that an announcement will be made by the end of the current season, giving the new manager time to prepare for the upcoming season.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to take the reins of a historic Club and lead them to success in the future. Harrow Borough FC is committed to providing a supportive environment for their new manager and players and hopes to attract top talent to their team. With the support of the board, staff, and fans, the new manager will have everything they need to take the club to the next level.
