Anne Dimmer, a hardworking Resident Caretaker at the Highview site in Northolt, has been celebrated by her colleagues at housing association A2Dominion for reaching 25 years of service.
On Friday 17 March, staff from A2Dominion presented Anne with flowers and gifts to mark the special milestone.
Since starting at the Highview site in 1998, Anne has been tirelessly working to keep the estate clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
The development on Byron Way houses 83 mixed-tenure flats across 12 floors, and Anne has established herself as an integral point of contact for residents and visitors onsite.
Leon Dyer, Contracts Manager for Mechanical & Electrical at A2Dominion, praised Anne, saying: “Anne is a key asset on the ground for our Mechanical and Electrical Team. She is the eyes and ears for the estate and cares passionately about our residents.”
One resident at Highview added: “Anne keeps us all informed with what is going on with works and is here morning and night, helping residents when facilities in the building are not operating as they should. She is brilliant, and we all appreciate her.”
Anne has often gone above and beyond her duties to help the residents, and recently, she created a small community gardening group for them. The group has started planting bulbs for spring and tending to flower beds for everyone to enjoy.
Leon Graham, Head of Environment Services at A2Dominion, praised Anne’s dedication to making the communal areas and operational facilities of Highview safe and in good, working order, saying:
“Anne’s conscientiousness and dedication is second to none. It has been a pleasure to receive feedback from colleagues and residents over the years while she has been in the role.
“It is of great reassurance to our Homes and Communities team, knowing your focus and dedication support our residents in their enjoyment of their homes.”
Anne’s colleagues and residents at Highview applaud her for her outstanding service and hope to celebrate many more milestones with her in the future.
