Atria Watford gets two brand new stores

Atria Watford has announced the opening of two new stores – Haute Dolci and Moss.

The announcement is part of the centre’s strategy to attract new and diverse tenants to offer its customers a unique and luxurious experience at the heart of Watford Town Centre, just a stones throw away from Harrow and a very popular shopping destination with residents across the borough.

The new Moss store is located on the upper mall in the centre and spans a huge 2,271 sq ft. The store has been revamped with new branding and offers a wide range of suiting and casual wear, including the latest spring summer 2023 collection. In addition to this, the store offers hire and custom-fitted suiting services, fitting room appointments, and a dedicated style suite. Moss has already opened its doors and is welcoming customers as of yesterday.

Haute Dolci, the creator of luxury desserts and who also recently opened in Harrow, will occupy 3,500 sq ft of space, offering a unique dining experience to customers. The store will serve its famous desserts in luxurious surroundings and is expected to open this Spring. The new location will create 25 new jobs, and the company has signed a 10-year lease.

Atria Watford, which is owned by property company SGS and assets managed by Global Mutual, is home to hundreds of brands, including small independents and household names such as M&S, Zara, and Primark.

Steve Gray, Head of European Retail Asset Management at Global Mutual, expressed his delight in welcoming the new tenants, stating that both brands bring luxury products that visitors to Atria Watford will enjoy. He added that the centre looks forward to working closely with the new additions to build on the positive performance seen in 2023.

Atria Watford covers 1.4 million sq ft of space and has become a leading retail and leisure destination in the UK. The addition of these two new stores is expected to attract even more visitors to Watford as we head into the summer.
