Harrow Town Centre to host spectacular coronation parade for King Charles III

In celebration of the coronation of King Charles III, a grand parade will be held in Harrow Town Centre, featuring local school children dressed as kings and queens.

The parade will take place along St Anns Road on Friday 5th May and will be accompanied by lively music and entertainment making it a day not to be missed!. It will start at 10:30am, it’s best to get to Harrow early to get a good spot if you can – it will likely be very busy.

The town centre will also be decorated with colourful bunting, and a stunning artificial grass and flower wall flag will be installed, creating a festive atmosphere for the occasion. Visitors are invited to take a selfie with the giant flower wall flag at the semi-circle on St Anns Road and post it on the event’s Facebook page for a chance to win a £50 voucher.

The highlight of the parade will be the crowning of an overall winner by the Mayor of Harrow, Cllr Janet Mote. The winner will be declared at Katie’s Statue in Harrow Town Centre, marking the end of the procession.
