Latest crime stats for Harrow on the Hill and town centre

The police.co.uk website has recently released crime statistics for Harrow Town Centre and Harrow on the Hill in February 2023, revealing the reported crimes in the area.

The Greenhill team, responsible for covering the Harrow Town Centre area, has reported the top four most common crimes during the month.

According to the data, shoplifting and violence and sexual offences were the most commonly reported crimes, both with a total of 42 cases. Anti-social behaviour followed closely behind with 39 cases reported, and other thefts came in fourth with 36 reported cases.

In addition to the previously reported figures for Harrow Town Centre, the data also reveals the top four most common crimes in Harrow on the Hill.

According to the stats, anti-social behaviour was the most commonly reported crime in Harrow on the Hill in Feb, with a total of 26 cases reported. Violence and sexual offences came in second with 23 cases, while burglary and criminal damage and arson were the third and fourth most common crimes respectively, with 12 and 5 cases reported.

These figures demonstrate a concerning trend for both residents and authorities in Harrow, as the increase in reported crimes could suggest a need for increased measures to ensure public safety. Whilst the crime is concerning for the residents and visitors of Harrow Town Centre and Harrow on the Hill, Harrow is also ranked as the second safest London borough.
