Police were called to Harrow Town Centre today after an incident at around 3:30pm.
Several police cars were seen by eye-witnesses as officers were involved in a heated exchange with a young man.
At least one individual involved was handcuffed by officers outside St George’s Shopping Centre.
Met Police have been approached by Harrow Online for comment.
