Harrow Stabbing Update: Man left with life-changing injuries

In a follow-up to yesterday’s stabbing incident in Harrow Town Centre, it has been reported that the victim, a man in his mid-20s, suffered life-changing injuries as a result of the attack.

According to witnesses, there was a heavy police presence on Greenhill Way, at the back of St George’s Shopping Centre, following the incident. An air ambulance was also called to Harrow Recreation Ground on Roxborough Road, where the victim was swiftly transported to the hospital.

In a statement released yesterday, the Metropolitan Police confirmed that they were called to the scene of a reported stabbing at 15:11hrs on Monday, 24 April. The victim was found with a stab wound to his leg and was taken to the hospital.

The police have not made any arrests in connection with the incident. The victim’s next of kin have been informed of the incident.

In the update this afternoon, Met Police said: “The victim’s condition is no longer life-threatening but is still life-changing.”
