Rayners Lane pub awarded top hygiene rating by Harrow Council

The Village Inn, a popular pub located in Rayners Lane, has been awarded the highest rating for its levels of hygiene by Harrow Council’s Scores on the Doors programme.

The pub was given a five-star rating by inspectors who judged the outlet based on how hygienic and well-managed its food preparation was.

Scores on the Doors programme is a scheme designed to highlight hygiene standards in various establishments across the borough, including pubs, restaurants, takeaways and clubs. The inspections are based on a set of criteria which includes hygiene, structure and confidence in management, and each business is benchmarked against the same criteria.
