A person has reportedly been assaulted in Cassiobury Park in Watford this evening.
The incident is said to have occurred close to the basketball courts in the park. Police have flocked to the park as a result, and we await further updates.
Watford Police tweeted: “We’re at Cassiobury Park in #Watford following reports of an assault that occurred just after 5.45pm.
“It happened close to the basketball courts and a male has been taken to hospital for treatment. Anyone with information can contact us by calling 101, quoting ISR 600 of 28/4/23.”
