Harrow Town Centre is all decked up and ready for the grand parade to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.
In anticipation of the much-awaited event, images of the town centre have been shared online, showcasing the preparations that have been underway for days.
A throne has been placed in the town centre, adorned with bunting and Union flag colours, adding to the festive spirit of the occasion.
The archway next to Katie’s statue has also been decorated in similar hues, creating a patriotic atmosphere for an event…fit for a King!
The parade, scheduled for today, Friday, 5th May, is set to be a magnificent display of local school children dressed as kings and queens. The procession will take place along St Anns Road and will feature children from local schools in Harrow.
The event is expected to draw a large crowd, and it’s advisable to get there early to secure a good spot to catch all the action.
The festivities are scheduled to kick-off at 10:30am, and with the excitement already building, this is one event that should not be missed.
