Pinner Road: Closure in both directions following collision

In the early hours of this morning (May 13), a road traffic collision occurred on Pinner Road, resulting in the closure of the road in both directions.

The incident took place at the junction of Pinner View at around 4:30am and three people were taken to hospital.

Bus routes 183 and H19 were directly impacted, with buses being diverted.

The road is now open as usual. At the time of the incident however, motorists were being advised to avoid the area and to seek alternative routes.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.54am on Saturday 13 May to reports of a road traffic collision in Pinner Road, Harrow.

“We sent two ambulances, a medic in a response car, members of our Hazardous Area Response Team and an incident response officer.

“We treated three people at the scene before taking them to hospital.”

Harrow Online received the following statement from Met Police: “Police were called at 04:40hrs on Saturday, 13 May to reports of a collision involving two cars in Pinner Road, Harrow. One of the cars subsequently collided with the front of a house.

“Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade. Two people, a man and a woman, who were in one of the cars, were taken to hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

“There have been no arrests any enquiries are ongoing.”
