Edgware residents and commuters should prepare for potential traffic disruptions as Burnt Oak Broadway is set to undergo a month-long lane closure.
The roadworks, which are scheduled to begin tomorrow (17 May) and continue until 16 June, could potentially cause delays in the area.
The traffic management plan implemented during this period will involve a contra-flow system. This means that traffic will be redirected to a single lane in each direction, alternating the flow of vehicles to facilitate the ongoing roadworks.
The responsibility for these works lies with Mua Electricity Limited, the organisation entrusted with carrying out the necessary improvements and maintenance on Burnt Oak Broadway.
With the imminent commencement of the roadworks, residents and commuters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly. While every effort will be made to minimise disruptions, delays could happen during peak traffic hours.
