Some Greenford residents in the UB6 area were left without water today due to an unforeseen supply disruption.
Affinity Water, the local water authority, has expressed its regret for the inconvenience caused and is currently investigating the issue to determine its cause.
Efforts are underway to address the problem swiftly, as technicians from Affinity Water have been dispatched to the affected area. They are diligently working to identify the underlying cause of the water supply disruption and restore services to normal as soon as possible.
In the meantime, Greenford residents affected are urged to refrain from using water-intensive appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, and other electrical devices that rely on water. Affinity Water recommends that those who still have access to water should store some in their kettle or refrigerator for drinking purposes, in case the water supply needs to be temporarily shut off during the repair process.
