Action-packed event to take place at Wembley Park on June 4th

Wembley Park is set to host a free and action-packed event on Sunday, June 4th, as part of the Summer of Play program.

The event, dubbed “Boards, Beats & Bikes”, promises an afternoon filled with pro-Skateboarding sessions, pro-BMX tricks, and an extraordinary beatbox act that will leave spectators in awe.

Families and thrill-seekers are invited to attend this free event, which guarantees a fun-filled day for all. The event will showcase jaw-dropping displays by pro-BMX riders and skateboarders who will amaze the crowd with their gravity-defying moves. But the excitement doesn’t stop there, as attendees will also have the opportunity to learn from the best and participate in workshops to enhance their own skateboarding and BMX skills.

Adding to the exhilarating atmosphere, the Nick Howe trio will grace the stage with their exclusive performances. The Nick Howe trio is the world’s first singer/guitarist, violin, and beatbox act, offering a unique twist on beloved classics. Led by Nick Howe, a consummate musician hailing from a long line of family entertainers, the trio has toured over 15 countries, including the United States, Scandinavia, and Germany.

With an average of 200 shows per year, including sold-out gigs at renowned venues like Cargo, Kensington Roof Gardens, and The Natural History Museum, Nick Howe’s performances are known for their energy and captivating presence.

The Nick Howe trio will take the stage at various times throughout the afternoon, providing attendees with a musical treat that complements the adrenaline-pumping displays of the skateboarding and BMX professionals.

The event organisers are currently finalising the performance and workshop times for the BMX bikes and skateboarding activities, ensuring an engaging and well-coordinated schedule for attendees.

The best part of this event is that it is entirely free to attend, with no tickets required. All you need to do is show up, immerse yourself in the excitement, and have a fantastic time.
