Starting tomorrow, a busy road in Harrow Weald will undergo four days of roadworks to facilitate essential maintenance work by Affinity Water.
Commencing on May 30th and lasting until June 2nd, roadworks on Brookshill, Harrow Weald aim to enhance the water service in the area. Although some delays are expected, the impact on road users is anticipated to be minimal with these types of roadworks.
To manage the traffic flow during the maintenance period, two-way signals will be implemented as part of the traffic control measures. Affinity Water assures residents that these roadworks will primarily involve activities such as stop tap replacements, meter fits, leak detection, and fixes. These essential tasks are carried out to improve the overall service provided to the community.
As the responsibility for these roadworks lies with Affinity Water, they are actively overseeing the project. The current status of the roadworks is marked as “Planned work about to start.”
While some temporary inconveniences may arise due to these roadworks, the ultimate goal is to ensure a more reliable and efficient water service for the residents of Harrow Weald.
